Car Insurance Daewoo (Car Insurance). Going to buy the newest versions of both the Alpine type r 12" sub(one sub) and an alpine amp. Best routes?

Going to buy the newest versions of both the Alpine type r 12" sub(one sub) and an alpine amp. Best routes? 2 ohm or 4 ohm and how to wire?

Get the DVC 4 ohm and wire it to a monoblock amp like this: http://a248.e.akamai.net/pix.crutchfield.com/ca/learningcenter/car/subwoofer_wiring/1DVC_4-ohm_mono.jpg 600W Rms for one sub best bet with a alpine setup is well u can go either or using the http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_26279_Alpine-PDX-M6.html as your amp which will give u ur optimal 600w rms there great subs really good for bass gl Alpine Type-R SWR-1242D Subwoofer is insane. With enough power to it it can go unbelievably loud. I had my headunit turned about half way up and it was too much to handle, my ears are still ringing. I only have one because a friend of mine said that when he had two, it was too much bass, and i believe him now. If you want a good sub that won't be the same price of the car your putting it in, get this one, best for the money, and even if it was more, its still worth it. AMAZING.

Daewoo . How to Replace the Cabin Air Filter in a Toyota Tacoma

The cabin air filter in a Toyota Tacoma holds the task of trapping harmful dirt and fumes from entering your car's air system. If your vents are not working effectively and it's been a year or more since your last cabin air filter change, you will need to do a quick replacement. This is one of the easiest tasks involved in responsible car ownership, so once you have purchased your replacement filter, grab a screwdriver and put that new filter in your car's cabin before your next drive.
Difficulty:Moderate
Instructions Things You'll Need
New Toyota Tacoma cabin air filter
Phillips screwdriver
Shop rag

Step by Step :
1
Remove your glove compartment box by unscrewing the three visible screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
2
Find your cabin air filter, which is an accordion-style component fitted sideways in the rectangular slot.
3
Pull the air filter gently to remove it from your vehicle's cabin. Be careful that dirt particles do not fall out, to avoid more clean-up when the replacement is complete.
4
Wipe the air filter box with your shop rag. Moistening the shop rag with water may help to grab any excess grime that would otherwise be left behind.
5
Press the new air filter into the old filter's position. The new filter should fit as snugly as the previous filter.
6
Mount the glove compartment back into its proper location, hiding the cabin air filter from passenger view. Screw in the three screws that were taken out in step 1.

Daewoo . How to Replace a Cabin Air Filter in a 2004 Volvo XC90

Your 2004 Volvo XC90's cabin air filter should last a minimum of 12,000 miles before needing a replacement. However, this approximation depends on the air quality and conditions of the locations in which your vehicle is most frequently driven. City traffic and highly industrialized areas may clog your filter more quickly than more open and airy environments. When the filter is clogged, it is unable to push high-quality air through the venting system. Fortunately, changing your cabin's air filter only takes a few minutes and does not usually require a mechanic's assistance.
Difficulty:Moderate
Instructions Things You'll Need
New cabin air filter
T-25 Torx-style screwdriver
Shop rag

Step by Step :
1
Remove the two screws in the plastic panel beneath the passenger's-side glove box, using the T-25 Torx screwdriver.
2
Find the black plastic cabin air filter, which is inside the compartment that you just opened in step one.
3
Slide the cabin air filter out of its rectangular container, using caution to not drop the dust and dirt into your car.
4
Wipe out the air-filter container as far as your shop rag will reach without causing damage to the unit.
5
Install the new filter by sliding it into the exact location of the old filter.
6
Re-screw the panel covering the cabin air-filter compartment. The Torx screwdrivers will naturally stop when they are adequately tightened, and your air-filter replacement is complete.

screeching to a halt. If the road is slippery and your vehicle is equipped with an anti-lock braking system (ABS), don't pump the brake pedal; simply apply firm, steady pressure and keep steering. Checking \lour Brake System Let's start by going over the brake system in your vehicle and checking each part for wear and proper performance. If it's safe for you to do the necessary work, I'll tell you how to do it. If you need professional help, I'll tell you what the work should probably entail so that you don't end up paying for more work than is necessary. Check your brakes every 10,000 to 20,000 miles, depending on the age of your vehicle, the history of its brakes, and how much stop-and-go driving you do. 810 Car Insurance plymouth laser 1991 rsliftbackcoupe2d 141848

If you tend to ride your brakes (keep your foot on the brake pedal when you drive), they're getting more than normal wear and should be checked more frequently. .Chapter 18: Being a Buddy to Your Brakes and Bearings Use extreme caution when checking vehicles with anti-lock brake systems. Some anti-lock systems are pressurized by an electric pump, and there may be more than 2,000 psi pressure in certain parts of the system! Checking your brake pedal If you're like most people, you're usually aware of only one part of your brake system: the brake pedal. You're so familiar with it, in fact, that you can probably tell if something's different just by the way the pedal feels when you put on the brakes. When you check your brake pedal, you simply do the same thing you do every time you drive: You step on the pedal and press it down. The only difference is that, this time, you pay attention to how the pedal feels under your foot and evaluate the sensation you get. The following steps tell you what to look for. Note: If your vehicle is equipped with power brakes (most are), check the brake pedal with the engine running. 1. With the car at rest, apply steady pressure to the brake pedal. Does it feel spongy? If so, you probably have air in your brake lines. Correcting this problem isn't difficult; you can probably do the job yourself with the help of a friend. For instructions, see "Bleeding Your Brakes" later in this chapter.

Daewoo . What would happen if rollercoster went 1000mph?

the roller coaster would crack and break apart because of the velocity. It is to much for a roller coaster to handle. Chevrolet Colorado Crew Cab.

Does the pedal stay firm when you continue applying pressure, or does it seem to sink slowly to the floor? If the pedal sinks, your master cylinder may be defective, and that's unsafe. 2. Drive around the block, stopping every now and then (but without driving the people behind you crazy). Notice how much effort is required to bring your car to a stop. If you have ordinary self-adjusting brakes, the pedal should stop more than 3 inches from the floor. If you have power brakes, the pedal should stop an inch to an inch and a half from the floor. If your vehicle has power brakes and stopping it seems to take excessive effort, you may need a new power booster. 3. If you feel that your brakes are "low" (that the pedal goes down too far before the vehicle stops properly), pump the brake pedal a couple of times as you drive around. Does the pedal now stop higher up? If so, a brake adjustment is probably in order — or you may just need more brake fluid. Check the brake fluid level by following the instructions in "Checking your master cylinder," later in this chapter. '>art'"" keeping ^our Car m Good Condition, System by System If the level of brake fluid in the master cylinder is low, buy the proper brake fluid for your vehicle (see "Flushing and Changing Brake Fluid" later in this chapter for tips) and add fluid to the "Full" line on your master cylinder. Check the fluid level in the cylinder again in a few days. If it's low, check each part of the brake system, following the instructions in this chapter, until you find the leak, or have a brake specialist find it and repair it for you. If you find that you're not low on fluid and if you can't adjust them yourself, drive to your friendly service facility and ask them to adjust your brakes. After that, the pedal shouldn't travel down as far before your car stops. Disc brakes self-adjust and should never need adjusting. Drum brakes,

however, have self-adjusting mechanisms that should keep the drum brakes properly adjusted. If any of the self-adjuster components on drum brakes stick or break, the drum brakes won't adjust as they wear out, resulting in a low pedal. 4. As you drive around, notice how your total brake system performs. Ask yourself these questions: • Does the vehicle travel too far before coming to a stop in city traffic? If it does, your brakes need adjusting or you need new brake linings.

• Does the vehicle pull to one side when you brake? On vehicles with front disc brakes, a stuck caliper can cause this problem. On older vehicles with front drum brakes, a wheel cylinder may be either leaking or stuck. I explain how to check disc and drum brakes in the section called "Getting at Your Brakes" later in this chapter. • Does your brake pedal pulsate up and down when you stop? Does your steering wheel shake when you brake? If so, and you have disc brakes, your front brake rotors need to be machined or replaced. A pulsating brake pedal is usually caused by excessive lateral run-out (mechanic-speak for wobbling from side to side), which can happen because your brakes are overheating from overuse. Make sure that your rear brakes are working. If not, they could be causing your front brakes to work too hard and overheat.
